WW2 German Kriegsmarine Helmet ET64

Amazing WW2 German Kriegsmarine Helmet.   It is a Model 40 single decal ET64 and numbered 743.   It does have a bullet hole going through it.  It appears to have gone through from the inside out.  There is a hole going through the liner, band and exiting the helmet.  The decal is in very good condition as you can see from the photo with just a few chips in it.  It is a salty helmet with very little surface rust.    There never has appeared to by any other decal on the opposite side.  No chinstrap is present.   A very, very interesting Kriegsmarine Helmet to own in any collection.
