Symbolizes unification of Germany and Austria under the National-Socialist flag and the national emblem. Diameter 32.4 mm, height with loop is 37.2 mm. the total weight with ribbon is 15 gm. The Color of the ribbon depends of different medals varies, and ranges from red with an orange tint to a bordaux red, you can find in "The Awards of the Heer" Pag. 280.
