A very rare WWII German Destroyer War Badge : Petz & Lorenz - Variation 1. Presumably manufactured by Petz & Lorenz, Unterreichenbach (near Pforzheim). The material is Tombak, gilded and silvered. The eagle design is similar to that used in the later zinc Destroyer War Badges of the Pforzheim and Vienna makers, you can find in "The Kriegsmarine Awards" Pag. 200.
